[Smirnow pre-1948]  Lactiflora:  Large, fully double flowers open with the softest, porcelain pink tint, gradually fading to pure white. Blooms are carried above lush foliage on sturdy stems that don’t require staking. Lightly fragrant, this is one of the most popular cut flowers in The Netherlands. Originally imported by Louis Smirnow who first offered it in the U.S. in his 1948 catalog. Weather-proof and a choice variety for the Pacific Northwest! Lightly fragrant. Blooms early midseason.
