How Do I Create and Save a Wishlist?

 

Not ready to place an order? We've made it easy for you to create and save a Wishlist of your favorite peonies! To make a Wishlist, click the registration link in the upper right hand corner of this page and create your account. To save peonies to your Wishlist simply click the heart icon next to the "Add to Cart" button. You can review your Wishlist at any time by signing in to your personal account page. When you're ready to place an order, just click to move your Wishlist favorites into your shopping cart!

How Do I Order Peonies?

​

Orders are accepted from the United States only. Rarity Gardens is a small nursery that offers a wide variety of peony cultivars, however many of our rare and unusual cultivars have limited availability. Peonies are reserved for prepaid orders and are confirmed in the order they are received. All orders are subject to crop availability. Please order early for best selection! In the event that a peony is out of stock, you may ask to be notified if it becomes available. We will email to let you know if the peony becomes available during the fall digging season, We will never substitute varieties without your permission. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How Do I Pay For My Online Order?

Secure online payments are processed by PayPal accepting all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You DO NOT need to register for a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Registered PayPal users also have the option of using their PayPal account to make payment. 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?​

 

We ship premium 3-5 eye peony divisions from mid-September through October. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on a flat-rate fee plus $2 per root. USPS Priority Mail shipping includes $50 insurance and delivery tracking.

Are My Plants Guaranteed?

 

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name when shipped. We cannot, however, assume responsibility for plants that are no longer in our care. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of stock.

 

In practice, our goal is to always sell stock that we would be pleased to receive for ourselves. To that end, we strive to support our customers in the successful establishment of those plants in their own gardens. In short we want you to pleased!

 

Is There a Return Policy?

 

If your order is unsatisfactory. please notify us immediately. Returns must have their original labels and packaging and be shipped within three business days of receipt. Once received, we will issue the buyer's choice of a refund of the purchase price (less shipping) or a replacement. Returns will not be accepted after three business days of delivery.
