[Volz 1962]  Lactiflora:  Rose-form flowers open tawny blush before mellowing to a blush-white with pink tints and highlights. This strong grower matures to produce massive blossoms.  Dark green foliage and good stems, but flowers benefit from support against rain loading of the large blooms. Heavenly fragrance. Winner of the APS Gold Medal Award. Blooms midseason.
