[Saunders/Reath 1973] Herbaceous Hybrid: Stunning, single flowers have cupped petals and open with tulip-like proportions. One of Saunders’ famed quad hybrids, flowers have a dramatic color pattern with apricot-buff petals heavily veined and flared in a vibrant raspberry red. Strong, straight stems easily support the blossoms without support. An exotic and rare addition to the early spring garden. Blooms early.
