[Marx/Rogers 1981]  Lactiflora: High built, fully double flowers are silvery pink with silver petal edges. Densely petaled flowers open broad and flat, then build up with age to create a lovely display.  Broad, dark green foliage on attractive shrubs. This rare variety was hybridized in Oregon and introduced by our mentor and dear friend, Allan Rogers. Blooms early midseason.
