[Laning/Hollingsworth 2012] Herbaceous Hybrid: Captivating single flowers open wide to display rounded blush petals accented with raspberry flares. Originally selected from Chris Laning's seedling fields in Kalamazoo, Michigan and thought to be one of Saunder' quad hybrid F2 generation seed parents crossed with SILVER DAWN F3 pollen.  Presumed tetraploid and reported to be easily fertile. Plants are vigorous, quick to increase, and stand well against spring storms unaided by support. Blooms early to early midseason.
