[Bigger 1961]  Lactiflora: Pretty and unusual double rose-form flowers open pink with the outer petals quickly fading to white while the center maintains pink overtones surrounded by variable red flecks and candy stripes. Good stems hold flowers above attractive foliage without support.  Sweetly scented. Blooms midseason.
