[C. Klehm 1970]  Lactiflora: Rich, vibrant, dark fuchsine red flowers are large and fully double. Plants are robust with strong, sturdy stems that carry the blossoms aloft without support. Wonderful fragrance makes this a favorite for both landscape and vase.  It’s late bloom season makes it an excellent choice for extending flowering. This exceptional peony is hard to find, but worth the search! Blooms late.
