[Unknown/C. Klehm pre-1930]  Lactiflora:  Discovered by Charles Klehm in the late 1920's and first exhibited at the 1933 World’s Fair, this unusual globe-shaped double peony has silver-washed ivory petals with irregular maroon and red streaking. Rich dark green foliage. A striking novelty variety, named after Lord Cavin, a Military Official. Does best with support. Rare.  Blooms midseason.
