[Murawska 1947]  Lactiflora: Tall, dark rose colored, Japanese-style flowers have large rounded guard petals surrounding a central cushion of dark red staminodes tipped in gold. This unusual combination creates a vibrant accent that demands attention. An excellent cut flower that also keeps well in cold storage. Rarely available. Blooms midseason.
